With my non-judgmental approach my only goal is to help you meet your own personal goals, to achieve your own vision of fulfillment; whatever that may look like.

My counseling technique can be described as affirming & compassionate. Trained in several clinical modalities, my practice style is eclectic; incorporating pieces of DBT and CBT as well as Motivational Interviewing. Ultimately my goal is to help you better understand your motives and support you in working toward your own goals.

Being part of these communities myself, coupled with my education and experience I know first hand how hard these issues truly are and have lived through many myself. I understand these are often difficult topics to even discuss. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space.

Executive Administrator

A proud mother of two, I have a deep understanding and appreciation for mental health and its importance. It affects us all, and there is no shame in seeking guidance- to care for yourself is to love yourself.

Having previously worked in the field of health insurance for over two decades, I noticed through that time countless issues of needless red-tape and rules or regulations that ultimately just got in the way of people getting care. All in the name of cost-saving.

I joined this practice because it aligns with my passions and morals. Knowing how to better navigate the insurance world with my experience helps too! Knowing I am working to actually help people, rather than to save money, is the most satisfying piece of all, though.

Tiffany Jones, M.A, Ed.S, LAC

Psychotherapist

My counseling style is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in mindfulness and holistic wellness. I believe therapy is not about having the “right” words or pretending everything is fine. My goal is to provide a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest about what you are experiencing, even when it feels messy or difficult to explain.

I have experience supporting teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional burnout, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. My work is also informed by extensive experience with neurodivergent individuals and people with developmental disabilities. Together, we will work toward developing greater emotional awareness, practical coping skills, and a more grounded understanding of yourself.

Headshot of Rena Sanrelus

Rena Sanrelus, MS, LPC

Psychotherapist

My approach to counseling is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in meeting clients where they are. I integrate psychodynamic, person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed approaches to create a therapeutic space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we can explore the experiences and patterns that may be impacting your life while developing practical tools and perspectives that support meaningful change.

I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to my work with LGBTQIA+ community and strive to provide an affirming, inclusive environment. I work with teens through adults, including clients with and without neurodivergent experiences.

I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, identity and self-understanding, life transitions, and other challenges that can make it difficult to feel connected to yourself or the world around you. Therapy can be an opportunity to better understand your experiences, identify obstacles, build on your strengths, and develop strategies that align with your goals and values.

My goal is to tailor our work to your individual needs and support you in creating sustainable changes that feel authentic to who you are. I offer morning and afternoon appointments for in-person and, when appropriate, video sessions.
